God wants to be with me even through exams!
1 Chronicles 28:20 - David also said to Solomon his son, "Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD God, my God, is with you. He will not fail you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the temple of the LORD is finished.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 - Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing
Psalm 91:14 - "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
As the pressure of year 12 and exams and my studies is on my I found myself flicking through my hope journal and reading the past entries. It seems as I get more and more school work I end up spending less and less time with God. But what I found amazing is that though everything God is still there and he is still waiting. Thats pretty awesome!!!
So even through school and my tests and exam God is with me and he cares. So I need to work in those situations like I'm working for the Lord. God has a plan for my life and although it may not be doing my maths test and getting full marks that doesn't mean he doesn't want me to try. I will try to acknowledge God in all I do and do everything for him and God will protect me during the hard times.
God also wants us to build our friendships up in the same way. My friends have tough times and struggle in much the same ways as I do so we need to learn to encourage each others in life in faith and in everything we strive to achieve. Through encouraging our friends we are not only building our friends up but also loving God and loving People. WHAT A GREAT THING!
Even though I'm not spending as much time with God as I wish I was during exams, God can still use and teach me and he wants me to also build up my friends are well.
